DELIVERY

In-game ranks and items are delivered automatically within 1–15 minutes of payment confirmation. Make sure you enter your Minecraft username correctly at checkout — we can't redeliver to a corrected name.

If you don't receive your purchase within this window, open a ticket in our Discord server and a member of staff will sort it out.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For any store-related issues — missing items, wrong username, or general questions — join our Discord server and open a support ticket. That's the fastest way to reach us.

Please do not contact staff in-game about store issues; use Discord so there's a proper record of your request.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. This applies to all ranks, perks, and store items regardless of circumstance — including change of mind, server bans, or inactivity.

If you are banned from BoxBattlez for breaking server rules, no refund will be issued. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban and report to Tebex.

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your purchase. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Tebex — we never store your card details.
